Dang it.

I've let myself go.
I'm a fatty arbuckle and it's got to end.
My abs, quads and triceps are NOT HAPPY with me right now. Could be the gym. Or riding my bike all over town this morning.
But it's a good pain.
The kind of pain that implies progress.
Yay for me.
I'm ready now!
